Why is Consistency So Hard?

Why is it so hard to stay consistent on your diet?

Have you ever found yourself wondering:

  • "Why can’t I be consistent on my diet?"
  • "If I could be more consistent, I would be able to  keep the weight off."
  • "I need to get back to meal prepping!”

If so, you are one of the millions that's been duped.

Here’s what I mean:

Keto, Atkins, Paleo, Weight Watchers...they all share the idea of consistency as eating a group of approved, healthy foods and avoiding all other unapproved, unhealthy foods.
If you are consistent with their rules, you will get results.
If you are not consistent with their rules, you won’t get results.

But this definition is plain WRONG.  Consistency is NOT eating one group of foods and avoiding others, that is the definition of restriction.

In this video I discuss why consistency is soo hard, how you've been defining it incorrectly, and how a new definition of consistency is a necessary part of your vocabulary.
